Dr Lisa FAHEY OAM led a powerful session on meditation and hypnosis, guiding attendees through the Give Me Five breaths—a simple yet effective tool for grounding and mindfulness. The retreat was a beautiful blend of movement, nourishment, and introspection, featuring Pilates, breathwork, gratitude practices, and more.
