This team has that & made getting to the bottom of the challenges and opportunities so much easier. 2??Clarity of purpose and vision can feel so freeing. We crystallized their direction for business growth & you could sense the energy in the room build. 3??It’s normal to feel a bit overwhelmed and have the mind spinning after a strategy session like this. We dive in deep, discuss challenges honestly and talk solutions with some brainstorming and ideating. But the best part is now… Next step is that I get to organize the thoughts and ideas around a clear and realistic action plan taking proven tactics to grow business within realistic time and budget appropriate for the business.
