GirlstoIndustry (G2I) is a student-led organization dedicated to building a community for future female leaders in three male-dominated STEM fields. Founded in 2021, its focus is to create social media content, workspaces, and a summer program with guest speakers to help young girls and women strive for executive roles in pharmaceutical, healthcare and biotechnology companies. No prior leadership and healthcare/pharmacy experience needed to participate in summer program.
