Headquartered in Holyoke. Inspiring all girls to be strong, smart, and bold.
关于我们
Our mission is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold by providing them the opportunity to develop and achieve their full potential. We provide girls ages 5-18 with engaging and educational youth development programs that are cutting edge, research driven and designed to meet the specific needs of girls. Girls are at the center of everything we do; our priority is listening to girls, responding to their needs and providing them with the opportunity to make positive change in both their community and in their own lives. Tailored in response to the many challenges facing youth in the greater Holyoke, Springfield, and Chicopee communities, and with the Girls' Bill of Rights as the philosophical framework in which to design our programs, we offer programs and services that are unquestionably transformative for girls and young women.

Today’s the day! ??? It’s Election Day, and we’re excited to see communities across the country making their voices heard. Over the last few months, youth in our after-school programs have been participating in our She Votes curriculum and learning the importance of civic engagement. She Votes is a nonpartisan program focused on teaching youth of all ages about the democratic process and the impact of voting. Through this initiative, participants gained insight into how decisions made by local, state, and national leaders directly affect their lives, emphasizing the critical role voting plays in shaping their communities. From mock elections to voter registration activities, we’re empowering youth to make their voices heard. #SheVotes #ElectionDay #CivicEngagement #GirlsInc Girls Inc.

Happy International Day of the Girl! At Girls Inc. of the Valley, we're empowering the next generation to make their voices heard through our She Votes curriculum. She Votes is a nonpartisan initiative designed to educate youth of all ages about the importance of civic engagement and the democratic process. Participants explore how decisions made by lawmakers at various levels of government influence their lives, highlighting the importance voting has in shaping their communities. This year, our youth have actively participated in mock elections, practiced filling out voter registration forms, and even hosted an event at Holyoke Mall where they shared information on how to check your voter registration and how to register to vote. Through these initiatives and more, they're developing real-world skills in civic engagement and demonstrating that every vote helps shape our communities. We are proud to see our young leaders making a difference!
