? VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ? There's still plenty of space to join us for our Community STEAMKit Build next Friday! We need your help building 5,000 STEAMKits for students in Charlotte before the end of summer. During the event you'll be helping us assemble STEAMKits, or boxes with science, technology, engineering, art and math-related projects inside that kids can do to help them practice skills and get them excited about those disciplines. No special skills or knowledge are needed to volunteer - we'll show you how to do everything and we'll all have a blast doing it! We are closing out the week on a high! Girls+ in Technology of Charlotte (GIT) officially launched on Tuesday at the sold out Women+ in Technology of Charlotte (WiT) Quarterly event. With the support of LPL Financial, University of North Carolina at Charlotte STEM students, and the WIT team our launch was a huge success! Sending a special thank you to Ana Reyes for being our gracious host and having unwavering dedication to creating career opportunities to women in tech, DeLauren Everett and team for executing a beautiful event, Women+ in Technology of Charlotte President, Alexandra Williams and WIT leaders for your continued support and Parents who registered their children to join our robotics team building activity. It was a great evening full of positivity, tech allies, and community.
