What this means is that when you donate to GSSI on Giving Tuesday, Schultheis will match your donation by donating that same amount themselves. So, if you donate $20, they’ll donate $20, too, doubling your donation AND your impact! Today, Girl Scouts of Southwest Indiana is excited to announce our World Center Travel Fund! Susan Huck, a longtime supporter of Girl Scouts and a Friend of the Caba?a, has generously gifted GSSI with a significant donation to start the World Center Travel Fund which will directly benefit southwest Indiana Girl Scouts by providing financial support to individuals visiting any of the WAGGGS World Centers across the world, including Nuestra Caba?a! Susan is dedicated to providing girls with transformative travel experiences around the globe and her gift is a direct reflection of her support for Girl Scouts of Southwest Indiana, the Girl Guide & Girl Scout Movement all around the world, and her love of Nuestra Caba?a. Did you know that GSSI has financial aid available for local Girl Scouts wanting to participate in a Girl Scout Destination? We do! Thanks to receiving the D-Pass Grant from Girl Scouts of the USA, GSSI now has scholarships available to assist local Girl Scouts who have applied and been accepted to a Destination trip. Girl Scout Destinations are the ultimate adventure for individual Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts. Girls are encouraged to push past their comfort zones by applying for a trip on their own and going on an independent adventure while making friends from all over the country as they travel with Girl Scouts! There’s a unique, life-changing experience waiting for everyone, and GSSI is ready to help Girl Scouts conquer that opportunity!
