Last week, Girl Scouts from across Indiana came together at the Indiana Statehouse for a wonderful opportunity to learn more about how our state government works. ??? Over 200 girls attended Girl Scout Day at the Statehouse, including some of our own Girl Scouts from southwest Indiana and GSSI's CEO, Aimee Stachura. This event was made extra special as it aligned with Girl Scout Week and Women's History Month, adding an extra layer of significance to it! ?? To all our Girl Scout sisters who are celebrating Holi today, may your life be filled with the colors of joy, love, and happiness! #Holi is a Hindu festival that celebrates the arrival of spring, love, and life. You may also hear it called the "festival of colors." For Holi, some families may hold religious ceremonies, but others may celebrate at festivals with singing, dancing, and throwing powdered paint and colored water.
