February is often considered the month of love, and we can’t help but spread the love when we look at these incredible FINAL photos of Madison West Elm over in Conshohocken. ?????? MBC couldn’t be prouder to see this project come to completion from foundation to finishing touches and looking identical to the rendering that JDavis presented back in the pre-con phase – it’s truly a full circle moment. Seeing the 443,228-square-foot, 13-story residential development taking its place in the Conshy skyline is an immense accomplishment. Located just along the Schuylkill River, this luxury building brings 348 upscale apartment units and top tier amenities for residents. We could go on and on about the resort-style elevated pool deck, rooftop lounge with a perfect view, and the modern state-of-the-art fitness center inside, but we’re capped on only so many characters for these posts! ?????? Blending modern urban living with Conshy’s distinct unique charm – Madison West Elm shines with the stunning exterior finishes adding this polished product to MBC’s final portfolio of work. . . . McDonald Building Company is incredibly proud of the achievements this great build brought forth and humbled continually by the hard work and dedication to the team that made it possible. This past week, we were thrilled to attend the grand opening of our project, 202 Queen Apartments in Lancaster. With continued success, the doors are finally open to this 400,000 sqft 7 story self-storage bldg in Staten Island, NY. Special thanks to our project team along with our Site Superintendent Paul Apap sticking through this. ?? This project has put Hudson River Construction Company, LLC over the 1M sqft mark of self-storage construction ?? Philip Apap. ??

O’Donnell & Naccarato celebrated the grand opening Wednesday of Broad + Noble, a brand-new, luxury apartment tower in Center City. With sweeping views of the city skyline, the 19-story, 326,000 square-foot residential high rise offers a full slate of top-of-the-line amenity spaces, as well as a blend of retail and office space and secure below-ground parking. O&N provided structural engineering services for the $112 million project, in partnership with developer Toll Brothers Apartment Living and architect BartonPartners Architects Planners, Inc. The building, which broke ground in 2021, features a traditional brick exterior in a nod to the historic industrial architecture of Philadelphia’s Callowhill neighborhood and overlooks a sprawling landscaped plaza with a separate, two-story retail space, nestled between its massive L-shaped footprint. Home to nearly 360 students, Providence College’s newest residence hall, Shanley Hall, boasts contemporary design and amenities while maintaining a contextual relationship with the surrounding campus buildings in both materials and style. Construction began mid-pandemic and was completed ahead of schedule in time for the 2023 Fall semester despite a tight timeline, COVID-related supply chain disruptions, and unpredictable building costs.? A landmark project for the Providence College campus, Shanley Hall opened its doors to awaiting sophomores with large semi-suite-style rooms, expansive windows, a communal kitchen and lounge, study spaces, and quiet glass alcoves that project out at the end of the corridors on each floor. The site and landscape design provides two multi-use exterior terraces for residents’ use or scheduled campus activities. Shanley Hall is named after Rev. Brian J. Shanley, Providence College’s 12th and longest-serving president. Father Shanley was highly admired for his leadership, overseeing a nearly three-fold increase in financial aid and prioritizing efforts to support the students. SMMA’s design team was proud to partner with Providence College, and Dimeo Construction Company to achieve this remarkable speed-to-market feat.
