Designed for small and medium-sized Central European cities, the tool can also be adapted for other transformative technologies! ?? Key Features: ?? Composite Index: Facilitates benchmarking and comparisons. ?? Collaborative Approach: Encourages input from stakeholders and citizens. ?? AV Readiness Score: Highlights strengths and areas for improvement (e.g., addressing potential bias or resistance). ?? Tailored Action Plans: Cities are categorized into 4 readiness levels: ?????? AV Pioneer (75-100%): Highly prepared and proactive. ?????? AV Friendly (50-75%): Solid progress with room to grow. ?????? AV Developing (25-50%): Foundational assets with significant gaps. ?????? Limited AV Readiness (0-25%): Urgent improvements needed. ???
