Yesterday late night, we signed the merger documents to merge MEDI-MARKT Homecare GmbH and unizell Medicare GmbH to form Liveo which will be an even more performant and dynamic player in the German homecare market. ?? We had a great journey with Medi-Markt growing the company by more than 70% since our entry. The plans for the future are not less ambitious. Jürgen van der Smissen will become an important minority shareholder in the combined group and we are excited to benefit from his vast experience and entrepreneurial spirit in this partnership. ?? Big thank you to Lars and Ferdinand which made huge contributions to realise this important step. ?? Also a big thank you to all advisors involved on both sides. It was quite some work.
