Gilson Engineering lost its founder Clete Gilson on July 1st, 2024. He died peacefully at his home on Saturday morning. Clete founded Gilson Engineering in 1964. He lived a full life of 95 years. We will always remember Clete for his words of wisdom and his great leadership. We are thankful that he is no longer suffering and today is in a much better place.

John Poisson, Norm's son, joined the business in 1994 and took over as President in 2013. RITEC operates under "RITEC Enterprises" and within two Joint Venture practices (RITEC Environmental and RITEC PEMCO). With a team of 19 employees serving multiple states in the New England region, RITEC will continue to operate under its established brand name and maintain its headquarters in Rochester, NY. John Poisson and the rest of the RITEC team will remain in their roles focused on continuing the growth and success that they've built over the years.
