On Tuesday, October 8, the Gilroy Unified School District hosted the third annual Family Resource Fair. District departments, including Preschool, Adult Education, Transportation, Human Resources, School Linked Services, Child Nutrition, Specialized Programs, Workability and Educational Services were present, as well as 20 partner agencies. Attendees were also able to be fingerprinted as part of the volunteer clearance process. Kids crafted at the Steam Station, presented by AWS, and enjoyed a treat from Kona Ice. And we were joined by mascots from ten of our schools too! It was so much fun to see our mascots interact with the event attendees. They played, stopped for photo opps and made the evening that much more fun! Thanks so much to our School Resource Officers who joined us too, and to all of the staff and volunteers who made the event possible. We can't wait to do it again next year! #GUSDProud
