Last month, we had the privilege of hosting a group of 8th grade students from South Dearborn Middle School at our office. It was a rewarding day of career exploration, where we introduced the students to the wide range of industries we serve and the leadership roles we help fill. The highlight of the day was conducting mock interviews, which allowed the students to reflect on their interests and begin connecting them with potential career paths.
