We had the opportunity to collaborate with McLaren Greater Lansing and provide this land for their Ambulatory Care Center in Delta Township. With our Townsend on the Park apartment and townhomes right behind the site, we are enjoying keeping an eye on the progress.

The Stadium District and Downtown Lansing are looking great in NBC's broadcast from Saturday's MSU Football win over Iowa. GO GREEN.
It was great witnessing a Michigan State University football win against Iowa surrounded by passionate fans filling the stadium. #GOGREEN At the same time, I was hearing from so many that NBC was broadcasting nationally beautiful views of Downtown Lansing and some of our Stadium District developments during the game.
