Meet Peter F., one of our incredible volunteers since 2015! ??? Peter began his journey with us at the Joseph Ritchey House on Eutaw Street, the original home of Gilchrist Center Baltimore. Known for his gentle nature, quiet humility, and wealth of hospice wisdom, Peter has become an essential part of our team. All these years later, Peter continues to play a vital role by mentoring new volunteers. He welcomes them to shadow him during patient visits, offering guidance on how to engage with patients and families with love, patience, and compassion.
