The Gilbane | Mosites Construction and Development Company team had a great time at the the STEAM on the Green event at Hazelwood Green this past weekend! Last week, superintendents from across Gilbane Building Company held a peer group meeting in Indianapolis. They discussed our differentiated execution, building a dynamic culture, and coaching the next generation of master builders, among many other topics. The group gathered for a site tour of our Indiana University Health (IU Health) New Downtown Indianapolis Hospital project, which is one of the largest healthcare construction projects underway in the U.S. The combination of interactive sessions, a site tour, and team-building activities not only expanded our knowledge but also fostered stronger connections within our internal network.
