That’s why we kicked off the "Don't Strike Out" campaign with a symposium hosted by our San Jose team, focused on preventing underground utility strikes. The event was an invaluable opportunity to address these challenges head-on and commit to long-term, sustainable solutions. Leaders from across our West division guided a focused discussion on the latest risk controls for safe underground utility work. In a recent volunteer effort with Rebuilding Together Northeast Ohio, Gilbane team members rolled up their sleeves to transform a home. By combining their skills and resources, they brought new life to a home, making a tangible difference in someone's life. Our dedicated crew tackled a variety of outdoor improvements, from weeding and mulching to planting, painting the garage door, and even adding a 2' x 2' concrete pad to the driveway. This project is a shining example of Gilbane’s mission to enhance the well-being of our communities. “This was a great opportunity to support the community and collaborate with my coworkers to make a positive change.
