Skillbridge connects active-duty service members with career opportunities. Gilbane, an approved partner, offers internships up to 180 days, typically 120 days, at no cost. Service members work full-time while receiving military pay and benefits. Employers submit a Training Plan and get management approval. With a 70% conversion rate to full-time, Skillbridge has over 4900 employer partners.
