As an experienced and senior professional that I am, I don't think AI is coming for my job (just yet)... but it's definitely coming for the way I work. And if I (we) don’t learn how to work with it, someone else will. These AI agents are not just fancy chatbots. They’re like interns that don’t sleep, don’t take coffee breaks, and don’t ask for a raise.?They research, summarize, draft, automate workflows, and even make decisions, sometimes better than humans (definitely faster). And crazy enough, I’ve seen recently job ads looking to?hire?AI agents! Yes, companies are now recruiting software... Wild times. So, do I think if AI will replace me (us) in the short term??In a lot of tasks, for sure. In my whole job? No, if I doing it right. What AI?can’t?do (just yet) is?persuade, inspire, and connect on a human level.?It doesn’t know how to read a room, close a deal with a handshake, build trust, or convince a skeptical CEO that change is a good idea. Areas like sales, change management, vision, leadership, and others, still and will still require human execution for a long time.
