Yesterday I spent over 9 hours participating in our Leadership Development Program facilitated by Anita Polite-Wilson, Ph.D.! This was month 3 of a 7 month program. The first 3 hours I spent learning with my cohort. I appreciate their honesty, vulnerability, and authenticity as we had a great discussion about conflict. The remainder of the day I spent learning how to facilitate from the master! Watching Dr. Anita make connections, follow the conversations where they needed to go, and "pull the thread" was a master class on facilitation.
