After completing the course, you’ll embark on an educational trip to South Africa! Explore the vibrant cities of Cape Town and Johannesburg, all while following the theme of "Resilience Road." Having volunteered since my teenage years, this recognition reflects not only my personal efforts but also the tremendous impact we've made together in our community and through Gifts of Hope. It has always been my goal to make a difference in the community. That’s a wrap! ?? Our Rites of Passage youth just completed an incredible 12-day journey to Senegal, with a stop in Paris along the way! This experience has been nothing short of amazing and unforgettable. ?? This transformative trip was the culmination of a 16-week intensive program where our youth discovered who they are, whose they are, and what they are capable of achieving. They explored family dynamics, excelled in school, engaged in cultural discussions, and set meaningful future goals.In Senegal, we connected with our roots, cooked authentic Senegalese meals, played basketball with a local team, and visited the Black Civilisation Museum. We explored monuments, statues, breathtaking oceans, and historic landmarks, immersing ourselves in the vibrant culture and rich history of the region.Now, we set our sights on our next journey—Resilience Road to South Africa in December 2025! ????
