Why We Named Our Company Gideon Defense? When we chose the name Gideon Defense, we weren’t just picking something that sounded strong, we were choosing a legacy. In the Bible, #Gideon raised an army of 32,000 men to fight the enemy, but God told him it was too many. Through a series of tests, that number was reduced to just 300 warriors, not the biggest force, but the right force. These were the most capable, disciplined, and strategic fighters, and with them, Gideon won an impossible battle. That story reflects our approach to national security and defense. It’s not about numbers, it’s about capability. We don’t just want people to fill seats; we want the best people, the most innovative minds, and the strongest partners to take on the nation’s toughest challenges. At Gideon Defense, we believe that a smaller, elite force with the right strategy can outmatch any challenge.
