It is with mixed emotions that we both introduce and bid farewell to our very first law clerk, McKenzi Marler! She has spent the past 10 weeks working closely with our attorneys, diving into research, writing memos, and drafting and proofreading documents. McKenzi shared that this summer has been the best experience, with our team being incredibly supportive and welcoming. She has gained invaluable experience and knowledge that she is excited to carry into her final year at Southern University Law Center, where she will graduate in May 2025. Looking ahead, she is considering a future in commercial litigation or real estate, though she is open to where the journey may lead. While we’re sad to see McKenzi go, we’re also excited for her as she moves forward in her career. Please join us in wishing McKenzi all the best for her future endeavors! Thank you for everything, Mckenzi – you will be greatly missed!
