One of our ambitious Account Executives, Caroline excels at every part of her job, from leading client projects and creating growth-driven marketing strategies to managing client expectations, fostering new ideas and helping Giant Voices thrive. Learn more about Caroline below! What does the typical day at Giant Voices look like for you? ?? As a remote account executive at Giant Voices, my typical day involves connecting with clients and team members on creative designs, copywriting projects and strategy development. I manage accounts, keep projects on track and coordinate with internal teams to ensure we deliver on various initiatives. And of course, no day is complete without a midday coffee run to keep the creativity flowing! What is your favorite client project you’ve worked on and why? ?? In the first half of the year, I helped project manage the complete rebrand of our client ark data centers, formerly Involta LLC. It was a huge project with so much strategic and creative work and so many deliverables, and it was a great challenge for me and our entire team. What do you like to do in your free time? ??? In my free time, I love to stay active by taking dance and yoga classes and spending as much time outside as possible. I’ve spent the last 5 years living in New York City, where I enjoy exploring new neighborhoods, trying out different restaurants and catching dance performances and concerts whenever I can. I also love to dabble in an organized activity—whether it's a cooking, painting, pottery, pickleball or woodworking class, I take any opportunity to learn a new creative skill outside of my comfort zone. What do you most enjoy about your job? ?? I love connecting with clients and team members to tackle strategic and creative marketing initiatives.
