???Tuesday Tips: Small Leadership Habits That Create Big Impact Great leadership isn’t about big, dramatic moments—it’s about the small, daily habits that shape team culture and performance. Here are four simple but powerful habits that can make a real difference: ???Start meetings with clarity?– Define purpose and expected outcomes upfront to keep conversations focused. ???Give real-time feedback?– Don’t wait for formal reviews to recognize great work or provide course correction. ???Check in, don’t check up?– Ask,?“How can I support you?”?instead of micromanaging. ???End conversations with alignment?– Ensure next steps are clear, agreed upon, and actionable. The best leaders aren’t just present—they’re?intentional. Which of these habits will you focus on this week? #LeadershipTips #TuesdayTips #SmallShiftsBigImpact #LeaderWorthFollowing #giantlondon Jennifer (Jennie) Mead, FCIPD Rachel Ivers Graham Wakeman Stu Wright Roz Hobley Matt Winter Jimmy Dale Lydia Jourdain Dr Jules Morgan Simon Kirby

Leadership is about raising others to be the best versions of themselves. This edition of?Secrets of a Chief People Officer highlights the difference between mentorship and sponsorship — sponsorship being the key to unlocking opportunities and accelerating growth. Let’s lead with authenticity, empower others, and advocate for their success.
??Leadership Lessons for All Leaders: What I’d Tell My Younger Self?? As we celebrate International Women’s Day this Saturday, I'd thought I'd share my thoughts on three key lessons that shaped my leadership journey — whilst I wrote this to share my experience for other women, I believe these lessons can indeed apply to every leader, regardless of gender. ? Define your leadership brand—because if you don’t, others will. ? The right people will champion you—but you have to let them. ? Balancing work and life isn’t about doing it all—it’s about doing what matters. So, take a look at my March edition of my?Secrets of a Chief People Officer?blog below. Leadership isn’t a solo journey—it's about showing up authentically, letting others champion you, and setting boundaries to protect what matters most. #IWD2025 #LeadershipLessons #WomenInLeadership #AuthenticLeadership #Empowerment

???The Future of Consulting? At?GiANT London, we completely resonate with what?p3m global?has said—the best consulting is about partnering with firms that have your best interests at heart.?That’s why we focus on being?FOR?our clients, building long-term partnerships based on trust and real impact. We see the same shift that?Eric Kimberling?highlights—businesses are moving away from rigid, pre-packaged solutions and looking for?trusted advisors?who design strategies around their unique challenges, not a one-size-fits-all framework. This is the kind of consulting that delivers lasting value—and it’s the only kind worth doing. #Leadership #Consulting #FutureOfWork #TrustedPartnerships #DigitalTransformation #LeadershipDevelopment #Strategy #BusinessGrowth #PeopleFirst #ExecutiveCoaching
The end of Big Consulting? There's a lot of what Eric Kimberling is talking about here that resonates with us here at p3m global. A recent post from Amgad Badewi, PhD, MSP AP, PMP, ITIL paints a sobering picture for some of the big #consulting firms: - Deloitte: Revenue was down 2.4% in 2023-24 - EY: Revenue was down 6.1% in 2023-24 - KPMG: Revenue was down 3.6% in 2023-24 - PwC: Revenue was down 25.9% in 2023-24 A lot of what's happening here, Eric puts down to the 'bias problem' where consulting firms will propose their own favourite vendor in a #digitaltransformation instead of the one that fits their customer best. At p3mg, like Third Stage Consulting Group, we have always adopted a technology agnostic approach to our work, knowing that our integrity depends on designing and implementing the best and most valuable solution for our clients. Another issue Eric highlights is the 'land and expand' engagement models of the big firms, where the billing hours steadily increase in line with the opacity of what those hours are spent on. It seems the future will favour smaller, more nimble consulting providers that prioritise transparency and flexibility and who centre their work on valuable outcomes for their clients. Many boutique houses like p3mg have lived these values daily for many years - so perhaps buyers are starting to get the message, and it's a simple one: partner with companies who have your best interests at heart. https://lnkd.in/e3j9X7yf
