G&H Technology, Inc.

Founded right after WWII, G&H Technology is a designer, developer, tester, and producer of products and systems for aerospace, defense, and commercial applications. The company offers electromechanical and optical interconnect products for applications, including launch vehicle staging separation, spacecraft onboard cryogenic fuel systems, and remote deployment of antennae and solar panels for satellites and space stations. G&H was purchased by Procyon Technologies in 2001, then later by Cooper Industries in 2006, which itself was purchased by Eaton in 2012. In 2019, Eaton further expanded their position in this market by acquiring Souriau-Sunbank from the TransDigm Group for $920 million.
