Designed especially for 9- to 11-year-olds new to the overnight camp experience, this 10-day program promises to be a transformative and unforgettable adventure for young, budding performers. A Tailored Experience for Emerging Talents At Ghostlight, we understand our youngest campers’ unique needs and aspirations. The Emerging Artists Program is crafted precisely to offer a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for our young talents to explore the world of theater. From acting and dancing to singing and theater tech, every aspect of the performing arts is covered in engaging and age-appropriate classes. Creating, Rehearsing, and Designing a Show All Their Own The heart of the program lies in creating a magical musical production. Emerging Artists collaborate to conceive, rehearse, and design their very own show, which they proudly present to the entire camp, their families, and friends. This process hones their artistic skills and fosters teamwork, creativity, and a sense of accomplishment. Previous productions include?Seussical, A Year With Frog and Toad,?and?Captain Louie?Jr.?New titles are announced before each summer, and are chosen to highlight the enrolled campers.
