Tulsa County acquired this historic building, originally constructed in 1957. The County tasked our firm with providing design services to completely transform the space into Tulsa County's new headquarters. As an adaptive reuse project, the renovations changed the aesthetic and functionality of each space within the building. We provided accommodations to fit eleven departments and the Board of County Commissioners comfortably under one roof with design solutions prioritizing public visitor accessibility and modern office standards while paying homage to the building's mid-century modern roots. Our design team was honored to join Tulsa County this week in celebrating the project's recent AIA Eastern Oklahoma People's Choice Award at a Plaque Dedication Ceremony to commemorate the collaborative effort that brought this project to fruition.
