GGLO and Equity Residential are excited for our ribbon cutting this Tuesday, July 23rd at Noon on the newly renovated Harbor Steps Plaza! The purpose of the renovation was to update this iconic and important downtown public space to better serve as an outdoor concert venue, bring more PNW warmth and nature-based materials for human comfort, refresh outdated signage, replace nearing end of life trees, and improve water, energy and carbon performance.?All while honoring the original intent and framework for the steps.
