We’re thrilled to announce that?Jeremy Lim?has been promoted to Principal at GFR Fund, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to our team! ?? Jeremy joined the team in 2019 as part of GFR’s investment team, overseeing gaming and esports investments. Interested in Web3 operations, Jeremy later served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a digital collectibles marketplace and started a decentralized global country club, MonkeDAO. The global community is now home to over 3,000 verified members globally, with 20 different local chapters across the world. Jeremy also launched an investment syndicate that collectively invests across Web3 and has backed teams like Mysten Labs, the developer of the SUI Layer 1 blockchain. With a strong belief in the value of leveraging on community-building as well as the experience of doing so from 0 to 1, Jeremy has a natural alignment with GFR Fund’s investment thesis of backing teams with an interest in building digitally native communities from its early stages.
