Gexcon were honoured to host this year's technical workshop at Overflate which took place in Bergen, Norway. Bringing together industry professionals across sectors like oil, gas, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, and infrastructure, Gexcon were able to showcase our commitment to advancing fire and explosion safety through practical demonstrations and expert insights. Special thanks to Lars Rogstadkjernet, Diego Goncalves, and Adam Armstrong for delivering in-depth presentations on Gexcon’s full suite of services. The workshop ended in live demonstrations, including a propane jet fire for passive fire protection and an exhilarating hydrogen jet fire outlining the need for robust safety solutions due to it's near invisible flame. As always the test site team (Brian Wilkins, Eva Aandahl, Gerard Richard De Waal, Inge Glesnes ) put on an amazing display and ensured the safety of the delegates remained paramount ??
