I’m excited to share the launch of ZestLife! The first marketplace JUST for mental health groups where independent therapists can market and manage their therapy groups, support groups, workshops, and retreats. With my sister Kaylee's first hand experience running groups, she knows the pain and the gap in tech infrastructure in the space. Kaylee, Chase and I have labored intensively to bring ZestLife out into the world. The options therapists currently have to market their groups are so difficult to navigate, that the public is largely unaware of the plethora of available groups out there. Mental health groups on ZestLife range from one time skill building workshops, to ongoing exploration series, and everything in between. Immersing myself in this space, I’ve found deep appreciation for the ingenuity of mental health professionals across the field. I never cease to be impressed with the creative groups being offered and the dedication to specific subject matters or populations. I’m incredibly proud of the hard work we’ve cultivated to bring ZestLife into the world. Chase’s incredible engineering talent is a perfect match for this complex technical industry. Kaylee’s unique understanding of the mental health landscape has been at the heart of our mission. And for myself, I’ve discovered I have the kind of fortitude it takes to lead a team through all the challenges that come with pursuing an ambitious dream. We’ve built something that can positively impact many lives and can change how we collectively think about mental health care.
