What a night! ?? Last night we hosted some customers, partners & friends to discuss how they're tackling AI -- in terms of use cases, impact & adoption. The discussions were paired with a scrumptious meal served by renowned Michelin Star Chef Asimakis and his amazing team. During the evening, we heard from leaders across various industries on their experiences -- big thanks to Swagat, Bernardo & Nyssa for being great sports and sharing their insights + learnings ?????? Swagat at Mars --> spoke about how "Denial is not a solution" and the necessity for leaders to lean in to AI discovery, or get left behind. "Some of the applications of AI will pleasantly surprise you" Bernardo at Accenture --> spoke about how "AI tools should be democratized across partners". Agencies, consultants & internal users should all be leveraging the same set of tools + efficiencies. Guardrails, tone of voice, regulatory standards etc all need to be aligned. Nyssa at Skyscanner --> spoke about the importance of "Doing the benchmarking work upfront on existing workflows before testing" so an accurate baseline is established and accurate ROI estimates are defined. We were also treated to a product demo ?? by Anant on our engineering team using Writer's new "function calling" capabilities to order some Mars goodies via Uber Eats, using only the Writer chat interface. The stunned Uber Eats delivery guy getting a round of applause was a highlight! ?? Finally, a big shout-out to our amazing ?
