    I turned 33 on Sunday. One of the things I love most about my birthday is the opportunity it gives to reevaluate the philosophies that guide me. Timing and Tact You could have the most correct opinion to ever opinionate (not a word but go with it) but without tact in delivery or proper timing, it will probably fall on deaf ears. ? Grit, Grace and Gratitude Anything you want to accomplish in life can be achieved with a little bit of grit, grace through the journey and a whole lot of gratitude ?? Lean in and Love it Work (and life) will hand you things you don't particularly want to do, but I promise you that if you lean all the way into it you'll have a lot more fun than if you resist, stomping and dragging your feet the whole way. ?? Sunday Will Come Life gets hard, life gets dark, but the mantra that has gotten me through all the hardest things in my life is "Sunday will come" - whatever Sunday represents to you: a day to relax, a day to spend with your Higher Power, a day to do the things you LOVE, a day to spend time with your loved ones, Sunday will always come. In your darkest moments, Sunday will come.

    BEFORE SUPERED: New rep starts. We say “Welcome aboard!” Then we: ? Send them a Notion doc that hasn’t been updated since the pandemic ? Introduce them to Jeff, who’s “kind of like the guru of the process” ? Forget they exist for 2 weeks and then yell “WHY HAVEN’T YOU CLOSED ANYTHING?” Their first demo? They fumble the pitch, use last quarter’s pricing, and offer a feature we sunsetted in 2023. We blame them. They blame us. No one knows who’s right. But we definitely know who’s fired. AFTER SUPERED?: New rep starts. We say “Welcome aboard.” Then we: ? Auto-launch a step-by-step onboarding inside HubSpot, Salesforce, and Salesloft ? Serve up tooltips and walkthroughs at the exact moment they need them ? Track every step so we know what’s clicked, what’s ignored, and what’s broken Their first demo? On message. On price. On fire. They even explained the discount policy better than I do. No Slack messages. No guessing games. Just reps doing the right thing - because the process lives where they work. BEFORE: “We have onboarding, it’s in a doc somewhere.” AFTER: “Follow the guide. Close the deal. Hit the gong.” Supered isn’t a training platform. It’s an execution platform. and execution is what makes Presidents Clubs. not PowerPoints. stay Supered?, -matt P.S. we are experiencing this at Supered.     Something I have been stuck on for a while and think I almost have a solve for it. Sales teams traditionally need a MINIMUM of 5 pieces of software (and systems to log into. 1: CRM 2: Sequence/calling tool 3: KB tool 4: LMS 5: Call recording/coaching tool My vision I am working to make a reality: A team that only needs three tools that can do the job of 5 AND do it better. All without having to switch context. What might this look like? 1: HubSpot This will cover CRM, productive tools and be the main tool teams need to access to get ALL their information they need to crush it. 2: DAP platform like Supered? This condenses KB, enablement and LMS. And it all lives INSIDE the CRM. Add in process rules to help w/ guided selling and process enforcement to drive the change the teams need to lvl up. 3: AI recording tool like AskElephant This is what ties it all together. It bring in call data and combines it with CRM data w/ their AI workflows tool. It also helps to power insights you need to make enablement content and process rules. If you have this tech stack, you can now have your reps ONLY work out of the CRM 95% of the time AND have the coaching an enablement right in your CRM. Being a long time rep, I would have KILLED for this. No more context switching, just selling. So keep your eyes out for what is about to go down.
