??Groot nieuws!?? We zijn ontzettend enthousiast en trots om de samenwerking met LVNL te starten. We vroegen Roy van Doornum?(Manager Recruitment & Selection LVNL),??waarom zij voor Pera hebben gekozen: “De selectie om toegelaten te worden tot de opleiding van luchtverkeersleider is al jarenlang één van de meest uitgebreide (6 rondes) die we in Nederland kennen. Eén van mijn speerpunten is om te blijven zoeken naar mogelijkheden om te innoveren. In de werving doen we dat onder andere met de toevoeging van gamification (ATC games) en voor de selectie kiezen we nu voor de samenwerking met Pera. Hiring based on a CV is like picking a chef just by reading their grocery list. You see what they've bought, but you have no idea if they can actually cook. ??
