Pacer now supports Project Waivers, a feature allowing individual locations to opt out of a project when it doesn’t apply, isn’t needed, or if they simply don’t meet the metrics for it. ????? Here’s how it works: ?? Opt-Out Request: Locations can request to “waive” a project directly from their Pacer dashboard. ?? Automatic Admin Notification: The project manager or admin gets notified to approve or deny the waiver. ?? Streamlined Workflow: Approved waivers remove the project from the location’s dashboard, saving valuable time and keeping focus on what’s relevant. Previously handled outside of Pacer (think ServiceNow tickets or emails), Project Waivers keep everything within Pacer, enhancing efficiency and clarity in project management.
