Tolu went above and beyond to help an older guest stranded with a flat tire. After AAA told her it would be a four-hour wait, Tolu assessed the tire and changed it for her in the cold. The guest was incredibly grateful and tried to pay him, but Tolu refused, encouraging her to share her feedback instead. She told him, "We need more people like you in this world." Tolu’s kindness and dedication make him a standout leader in training, and we’re lucky to have him on our team!

Claudine's kindness truly shined recently when a guest, recovering from knee surgery and walking with a cane, asked her where the air pumps were at her store. After directing the Guest to the air pump,?Claudine?noticed they were struggling and offered to help. She stepped in to assist with filling the tires and wished them a wonderful holiday season. Her thoughtful gesture made a real difference, and it’s the little things like this that show just how special?Claudine?is. We’re so proud to have her on our team!

This achievement is a testament to Shyann's dedication, hard work, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. "Our GetGo has two schools very close to our store, so we have many teachers and students who shop with us frequently. Recently, a teacher brought two classes of students to get drinks and snacks for the last day of school. As our store is part of the community, I thought it would be nice to give back and show that we care. I ended up buying drinks for every student in each class. It made me happy to support the community and put smiles on the faces of the teachers and students, brightening their day."
