Happy to announce that I've just stepped into the Grants Program Lead position at Gitcoin ?? Over the past two years, I've had the privilege of working on Gitcoin Grants across multiple seasons. Something I've learned is that to progress beyond any current state, we must leverage the community's expertise, listen attentively, and capitalize on our strengths of Funding What Matters. I'm excited for: making bolder moves and embracing bigger opportunities, building community, being more transparent with our learnings, and finding novel ways to evolve. On top of that, eventually leveraging funding mechanisms beyond only QF to further drive impact within our own programs and the ecosystem as a whole. As Gitcoin enters a new era, I’m excited to be a part of a team that’s actively redefining and evolving our grants programs. This is just the beginning, and there are more exciting updates to come. Last week, Kevin O. and I unveiled the Gitcoin 2.0 Whitepaper at EthDenver! And even if you're not a crypto nerd... there's a lot to get excited about.
