What makes a workplace ?????????? ??????????? Is it the perks, the office, or something deeper? At Atlys, we believe a great workplace is built on trust, ambition, and the relentless pursuit of making things better. From day one, we’ve focused on creating a culture where people take ownership, move fast and solve real problems that impact millions. It isn't the flashy titles or rigid hierarchies. It’s the energy in the room (or on Slack), the people who challenge and support each other, and the collective drive to build something meaningful. And today, that culture has been recognised. Atlys is officially Great Place to Work? certified! This certification is a reflection of the people who make Atlys what it is. Every late-night push, every “let’s figure this out” moment and every small (but mighty) win brought us here. To everyone at Atlys, this one’s for you. Let’s keep building, keep pushing boundaries, and keep making this the place we’re proud to call our own.
关于我们
At Atlys, we believe that the path to creating a more open world is by making it efficient to travel. Travelers cite visas as the most frustrating pain point, and we're starting by automating that completely. We're looking for talented people who are interested in building the future of travel alongside us. Building technology to increase global movement liquidity will be one of the most exciting developments in decades.

Three years at Atlys, and Manan N. has been the guy who’s always got things under control (until there’s a chance for adventure, and then he’s all in). ?? Like his recent trip to the UAE, where true to form, he didn’t leave a single day unplanned. Between its souks and skyscrapers, every moment was packed, because for Manan, variety is a non-negotiable. He's usually busy making visas happen but he’s got three other constants in his life: chocolate, F1, and The Office. Three years of bringing balance, curiosity, and spontaneity to the team. Here’s to many more! ??

Atlys wouldn’t be Atlys without the incredible women who make things happen every day. From leading teams and crafting stories that inspire, to diving deep into data that drives decisions, you bring passion, grit, and brilliance to everything you do. Today is just a reminder of what we already know: you matter, your work matters, and we’re so grateful for you.???

Not all superheroes wear capes. Some just ‘ship’ faster.?? Big shoutout to our latest Flash Award winners: Rachit, Onkesh, Sanyukta, Svetlana, YOGI, and Abhishek! P.S - What’s a Flash Award? It’s our way of celebrating the folks who hustle hard, deliver fast, and make magic happen at the speed of light, with a gift of ESOPs. ?

Turns out, we do know more than just visa rules.?? Last week, 115 of us from Delhi, Mumbai, and across the globe put our brains to the test in an epic trivia showdown. No AI / Google. Just pure, unfiltered knowledge (and a little guessing).?? The winners: ?? Uday Vig (Team Portugal) - 100 points?? ?? Riyanka Roy (Team Thailand) - 50 points ?? Vakul Agarwal (Team Japan) - 25 points For context, we split into 8 country-teams to compete all year in different events to rack up points towards our Country of the Year challenge. Portugal & Djibouti are currently in the lead with 100 points each.?? Thailand & Germany trail right behind with 50 each. The competition is heating up, and this is just the beginning.??

Meet Riyanka Roy, one of our newest travel storytellers who's been collecting passport stamps like Infinity Stones.? Over the last decade, Riyanka has explored 25+ countries, proving that urban Bong dreams come with a global itinerary. Her travel style is slow and immersive and she’s the kind of person who’d rather savour local cuisine in a back alley in Cairo than rush through a checklist.?? She has left pieces of her heart in the wilds of Amboseli, the beaches of Sydney, and somewhere amidst the ruins of Angkor. Now, she’s bringing that same curiosity and wanderlust to Atlys, helping travellers chart the world with stories that make you want to pack your bags yesterday.?? Welcome to the team, Riyanka! We can’t wait to see where your words take us next.??

You know that feeling when you walk into a room and think, ‘These are my kind of people’? That's how we felt at London Business School’s Tech Recruitment drive last week. ? This was less about "networking" and more about real, meaningful conversations. Honest, unfiltered chats about tech, travel, and everything in between. Our team loved every minute of it. Because it was a reminder of why we do what we do. A massive thank you to London Business School for putting together such a fantastic event. And to everyone we met—you honestly made our week!?? Just like she does at Atlys, Charvi M. went all in—this time on a winter escape to Georgia. And she couldn't have made a better choice! ? The extended winter holiday was the perfect time to get lost in Tbilisi’s Christmas markets and carve through the slopes in Bakuriani. Her trip was all about adventure, culture, and new experiences (a perfect reflection of what drives her as a person). Honestly, whether it’s hunting for talent at Atlys or hunting for hidden gems in Georgia, Charvi’s all about diving in headfirst and making the most of every moment. Here’s to Charvi—who brings her curiosity, warmth, and spark wherever she goes. We’re so lucky to have her on the Atlys team! ??
