关于我们

Led by sales expert of 30+ years, Liz Rossilli, Sales Savvy helps B2B business professionals responsible for their company's sales growth bring in consistent clients and customers without compromising sanity or integrity. Having turned thousands of first conversations into valuable partners, clients, and sales, Liz guides everyone from business consultants, to commercial photographers, to promotional partners, and designers on how to genuinely connect with and gain new, profitable clients repeatedly – even if they’ve never been taught how before. Through personalized 1:1 training, ongoing accountability, and our signature outreach system of sales scripts, processes, and resources, we help clients create smart, authentic sales plans and discover the confidence to put it into action. Through our authentic, complete reinvention of “cold-calling,” we teach clients how to build strong, sincere relationships that increase sales, grow their businesses, delight their customers, and help them love what they do even more. We deliver that kind of true partnership because we know that being an entrepreneur can be lonely and isolating. That’s why we help our clients stop feeling worried about selling and being stuck without the skills, plan, and mindset to bring in the clients they need to grow. We help them feel empowered to proactively connect, sell, and celebrate those new, exciting chapters in their businesses that lie ahead. Recently, I hosted a Women’s Entrepreneurs Business Intensive with my friends Marcy Stahl and Victoria Haffer M.S.. It was a great day with women from across the Triangle! What I always love about these events is the collaboration that happens within the room and the friendships that are formed. There’s something special about the camaraderie among female entrepreneurs! If you’re a woman in business, I would highly encourage you to fill your networking calendar. You’ll meet new people, make new friends and naturally find yourself in business conversations that wouldn’t happen otherwise. In-person events are one of the top ways to expand your network so check out your local chamber of commerce events or business Facebook groups and start adding events to your calendar!

Do you have a word or a feeling for 2025?

I’m struggling to find a single word for this year because what I’m focused on feels more like an experience. In my mind, it compares to skiing. My goal is to stay in control and on the trail. After a few years in consulting, I’m no novice but not an expert either… sort of like an intermediate skier navigating blue square runs. Some weeks are hard, and I stick to green circles, but growing my business means tackling black diamond runs. It’s slower, scarier, and requires control, but it pushes me to improve. I also know I don’t need the fanciest gear, just the right tools to get down the mountain or run my business effectively. For 2025, I’m embracing the exhilaration of skiing on a sunny day. I may not know what’s ahead, but with intention, focus, and looking forward, it’ll be an incredible run. I can choose my trails, rely on chair lifts (like virtual assistants or bookkeepers) and meet fellow skiers (business owners) who share the journey. Boundaries will keep me on the trail, protect my time, and help me avoid overwhelm. Here’s to staying intentional and enjoying the ride!

How do you protect your time?

Your time is your currency… especially in sales when the majority of the time, you “eat what you kill.” There are countless things to learn as business owners, but one of the hardest is how to protect your time. This is something I still struggle with but am being actively intentional about… I protect my time by: -Eating the frog (aka scheduling my most imperative tasks early in the day and doing them before I do anything else) - I schedule specific, uninterrupted blocks of time for prospecting, client follow-ups, and strategy planning. During these blocks, I silence notifications and stay focused on one task at a time. -I communicate clear expectations with clients, team members, and even myself. For instance, I reserve certain hours for meetings and avoid taking calls or responding to emails outside of those times unless it’s truly urgent. All of these things feel difficult at times but make me more productive and impactful at the end. Did I miss anything? How do you protect your time?

In the book "Fanatical Prospecting", Jeb Blount talks about the concept of Golden Hours. These are the prime hours to make your calls and get in touch with your clients and prospects. I find the easiest way to do this is to time block it on my calendar, the same way I would as if I was holding time for a meeting. Will it be every day? 3 days a week? It's up to you, but it’s an important habit to set if you want the focused time to work on outreach.
