The GERS Customer Service Unit celebrates its 6th anniversary on Wed., March 19th! When was the last time you updated your beneficiaries? Check Member Self-Service or contact our Customer Service Office to verify your beneficiaries on file. Changing your beneficiaries is painless and takes approximately 15 minutes. Don’t leave your affairs in the wrong hands. Don’t wait until it is too late! Please stop by to meet our friendly staff and enjoy local treats at our St. Thomas and St. Croix offices!

St. Thomas, VI – The Government Employees’ Retirement System (GERS) offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix will be closed on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, for a special project. Regular business hours will resume on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. We encourage members to utilize the Member Self-Service portal, which is available on our website at www.usvigers.com.
