Exciting news for small business owners! Memphis Light, Gas and Water (MLGW) and the Tennessee Valley Authority have partnered to offer an incredible opportunity for small businesses in Memphis and Shelby County to upgrade their existing lighting to energy-efficient LED lights! This program is designed to make lighting upgrades affordable and accessible for small businesses. Switching to LED lights can lower energy costs, create a more appealing environment for customers, and boost employee productivity. Best of all, TVA will cover 70% of the upgrade cost, leaving the business responsible for only 30%. Eligibility: The program is open to businesses with energy usage under 100 kW. How to Get Started: Businesses can begin by completing the form linked below or contacting Sherita Goodman at 901-528-4469. https://lnkd.in/eR6fUuYX Once enrolled, an energy advisor will schedule a free assessment of the business’s current lighting system. After the assessment, businesses can decide whether to move forward.
