The Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce in Wisconsin provides many networking opportunities to exchange ideas, make business contacts and promote your business. Our Chamber values education and utilizes our members to share their expertise with other members on a great variety of topics. We strive to be a strong advocate for our Chamber members and the Village of Germantown daily and with our yearly events including the Golf Outing, Community Awards, Manufacturing & Trade Career Expo and the Germantown Christmas Festival. We are proud to showcase historic Germantown as a destination for the highest quality products, services and to make it your hometown. Our mission is "Advancing the Success and Well Being of our Members and the Community".

Salary Threshold Rule Overturned On Friday, November 15, 2024, a federal judge in the Eastern District of Texas vacated the Department of Labor (“DOL”)’s 2024 overtime exemption salary rule under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), including the already-implemented July 1, 2024 salary threshold increase (the “2024 Rule”). The ruling completely invalidates the 2024 Rule nationwide for all covered employers. https://lnkd.in/gNPv4wSS
