Tim began his career at a motorcycle dealership in 1980, and his passion for the industry has only grown since. Originally from Irish Hills, Michigan, he’s proud to call this place home and values the excellent team he works with every day. As Parts Manager, Tim plays a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly. He ensures our service department has the parts they need, keeps the team stocked and ready to go, and helps manage wholesale. Outside of work, Tim enjoys ice fishing at Evan’s Lake with his son, spending time with his 7-year-old granddaughter, and cheering on anything Michigan—especially hockey! ?????? ?? Employee Spotlight: Saqib Naeem! Meet Saqib, our Pre-Owned Manager at Germain Honda of Dublin! Saqib moved to the U.S. from Pakistan in 2012, started in business sales in Pittsburgh, and later joined Germain as a salesperson—with zero experience in the car business. Through hard work and dedication, he learned the industry and grew within the team. He says that what he has today and everything he has learned is a blessing from the Germain organization. Germain gave him the opportunity to excel in this field, and after 10 years with the company, he knows nothing is holding him back. He also credits the phenomenal culture of the dealership for his success. Saqib holds an MBA in Finance and is currently finishing his second degree at Ashland University! ?? Happy 12 years to Jason Brinkman, our New Car Sales Manager at Honda of Ann Arbor! ?? Originally from Manchester, Michigan, Jason left for the military after high school, serving four years, including two in Iraq. After his service, he decided to enter the car business. At the time, he was driving a Honda, so he knew working at Honda of Ann Arbor would be the perfect fit. Jason appreciates the incredible team that Honda of Ann Arbor has, where everyone gets along, hangs out outside of work, and enjoys team events together! Happy 30th anniversary to our General Manager, Don Asher, at College Hills Honda! ?? Born and raised in North Canton, Ohio, Don has called Wooster home for the past 27 years. He's proud to be part of the small, tight-knit community of Wooster. Don’s journey into the auto industry started unexpectedly. After selling life insurance and working weekends at a restaurant, a regular customer—who was working at College Hills Honda—encouraged Don to come to the dealership and try car sales. Initially hesitant, Don agreed to give it a shot for 60 days, and after selling 15 cars in his first month, he never looked back! Outside of work, Don is passionate about running! He’s completed 13 Ironman triathlons, including the Ironman Wisconsin 7 times. He plans to tackle a 100-mile race within the next two years! ??♂? Congratulations, Don, on 30 incredible years! After retiring from his previous career, he found the perfect fit selling the brand he had always driven, Honda! Outside of work, Steve is very involved in the community, he serves on the Red Cross Board, participated in the Festival of Trees for 23 years, ministers at Grace Church, and enjoys his love of running.
