Before and after picture of a WW Clyde Drywell Project in Utah County. WWC was hired early 2024 to aid in design with GeoStrata and construct drywells in the detention basin to assist with storm water mitigation. The basin had 6-8 inches of standing water year-round that was unable to infiltrate due to clayey soils and become a wetland area. WW Clyde installed 2 Clyde-Single Wells that have been able to keep the site dry and free of wet land vegetation and mosquitos. The second picture was taken yesterday when I visited the site. This is a prime example of why drywells are a great project addition. Look how much square footage was dedicated to the basin and observe how little room the drywells consume. This provides an opportunity for developers to retain land for development vs. giving it up to large detention basins. #WWC #Drywells #Development #Projectsavings
