Happy Friday! The weekend is in sight, and I am sure everyone is looking forward to it! As a leader at Georgia Door & Gate, I am extremely grateful to each of our dedicated staff that have been crushing it over the last several weeks. We have a full schedule on the books. I am so grateful for that. However I am also concerned about burnout. I really want our team to have the ability to spend quality time with family and on their individual hobbies…etc. I would love to hear from some of you on how you have avoided burnout in your teams. The last two days have been very rewarding. Working, eating, and laughing with my install team. I was able to get on the jobsite again after a few months in the office.
