?? Kingston Ryals: A Leader in Action ?? Kingston Ryals embodies perseverance, leadership, and the transformative spirit of 4-H. Initially hesitant to join 4-H due to a speech impediment, Kingston found his voice through determination and support. His journey began with a second-place finish at the Georgia Cloverleaf Project Achievement, sparking a passion for public speaking that led to roles as a STEM and Civic Engagement speaker and a workshop facilitator at the Georgia State Fair. Guided by 4-H values, Kingston took his leadership to new heights by founding The Rock Project, a nonprofit empowering African American youth to become future leaders. Starting with just five students, The Rock Project has grown into a thriving community of 40 youth, offering mentorship, resources, and opportunities that ensure college and career readiness. With a remarkable 100% college enrollment rate among its graduates, Kingston is making a lasting impact on educational equity. Through campus tours, workshops, and unwavering dedication, Kingston inspires others to envision and achieve their potential, proving that one leader can spark a movement. ??
