Student founders have always been an essential component of Georgetown Ventures. Take Peared, pictured here, for example— an innovative startup founded by three Georgetown undergraduates aimed at improving the college search process for high schoolers across the nation. Founders Dylan W., Henry Gould, and Matthew Jordan knew they could rely on the extensive expertise of GV’s analysts at every step of their development. With unmatched experience, our analysts possess the knowledge and skills to guide early idea-stage startups toward building a solid foundation for growth. We understand the challenges that student founders face and provide them with the tools they need to turn their bold aspirations into impactful realities. Don’t wait—our written application for founders closes on January 20th at 11:59 PM EST, and interviews are offered on a rolling basis. Apply now and take the next step in your entrepreneurial journey! APPLY HERE: https://lnkd.in/ecNWMZGP

?? Why should you apply to join our Spring 2025 cohort? Hear from Andrés García, founder of GoodOnBaby and part of our Fall 2024 cohort. GV equipped Andrés with the resources to expand his online platform, offering a curated selection of high-quality, sustainably-made baby goods to simplify and enhance parents’ decision-making. As Andrés shares, “GV was a massive needle mover for me as a solo founder trying to balance a full-time career, Georgetown's demanding EMBA program, and being the father of 3 very young boys.” From market research and supply chain validation to branding and website optimization, GV’s consultants worked hand-in-hand with Andrés to help bring his vision to life. We are thrilled to introduce our incredible 2025 C-Suite! These talented and inspiring leaders will carry Georgetown Ventures through its next era of development and impact. Selected by the outgoing C-Suite, they represent the true spirit of GV through their passion and commitment to the mission of making the world a better place. CEO Kendall Beil (MSB ‘26) is extremely well-suited to take on the executive role. Finishing her fourth semester in GV, Kendall has spent two semesters as Director of HR and Finance, giving her a unique perspective on both internal and external operations. Kendall’s fiery passion and unabashed work ethic distinguish her as a true leader, prepared to take on this honor. COO Ella Hines (MSB ‘26), with experience as a consultant and PM, is prepared to bring her inspiring perspective to the leadership team. Having worked with some of our best startups, Ella has a keen understanding of what defines operational efficiency, and we can’t wait to see what she brings to the table as COO. CVO Will Vander Wal (CAS ‘26) brings a unique perspective to his role, coming from a background in tech and leading a team as PM of DarkSaber Labs. Vander Wal will ensure our founders get as much as they can out of our cohort experience, bolstered by his undeniable positivity and energy. CMO Sophie Molitor (CAS ‘26) couples her design expertise with a passion for making an impact on our startups. Another leadership veteran, Sophie has previously served as Director of Creative, bringing a nuanced preparation to the role. Sophie is prepared to carry the GV brand to new heights, and we look forward to seeing her creativity flourish. CTO Lucy Olander (CAS ‘26) has served as Director of Tech for the last two semesters, so we are confident that she is more than prepared to take over our technical operations. Beyond her CS experience, Lucy’s passion for impact and lively positivity set her apart. James De Vito (CAS ‘26) will step into the role when he returns from abroad in the Fall. Another GV veteran, De Vito is poised to lead in this capacity. Congratulations to this incredible group of leaders. The group is now in your hands, and we look forward to seeing you take the organization to new heights! This being said, our current C-Suite has completed their tenure. We are deeply grateful for the work they have done. Thank you so much to Andrew Bulgarino, Joey Trigiani, Meghna Choudhury, Kiran Mody, and Liam McKenna for the difference you made in this group.

“Just start.” Keynote Speaker Max Barrett's words ring especially true for the incredible startups of our Fall 2024 cohort. Demo Day showcased the pivotal progress of our teams this semester. Whether it was turning an idea into a product or scaling to meet demand, these teams demonstrated true entrepreneurial spirit, and the pitches at Demo Day captured this heart and drive. The night began with an address from Georgetown Ventures CEO, Andrew Bulgarino. The senior reflected on his time with the group, as Demo Day marked his final event leading the organization. The C-Suite curated an uplifting and exciting night, reflective of their work over the last year. Andrew’s words encouraged us to remain fiery with passion for impact and progress, and that, at its core, entrepreneurship solves problems. This is what unites the community, a drive for positive change, which Andrew has undoubtedly brought to the group. Throughout the night, Director of Programming, Catie Dice, served as Master of Ceremonies, delivering a masterfully witty performance. Dice’s introductory remarks honored the outgoing C-Suite’s leadership and prepared the record-breaking crowd for a night of inspiration. Her moderation of the keynote speech and creative transitional remarks throughout the showcase supplemented the night with poise and energy. The first few startups of the night reminded us that progress comes in many forms. GoodOnBaby impressed the crowd with its brand development and commitment to improving access to high-quality infancy products. Then, The Pitch Place intrigued the audience with their solution to journalism collaboration, bolstered by decades of experience and entrepreneurial passion. The crowd envisioned the potential of waiting room and lobby screen media, as STREAM showcased their creative solution to content disorganization. Wrapping up the first round of pitches, in a first-of-its-kind live demonstration, Darksaber Labs gave us a glimpse into the future of electronic warfare, showcasing the potential that increased connectivity brings to the battlefield. Max Barrett delivered a keynote speech reflective of his brand, Almost Friday Media, driven by connection and packed with comedy. What a treat it was to witness his progression from a Georgetown student in a dilapidated dorm room to the captain of an undeniably present media empire. His witty demeanor, coupled with Catie Dice’s direction, brought the audience a truly inspiring experience. The final startups encompassed how solving problems changes the world. Orderly proposed its convenient platform for ameliorating the ever-painful returns process. Then, Peared delivered a pitch on their service’s expansion of transparency in the college search, bringing poise and performance that earned them the people’s choice award. To end the night, we witnessed the impressive progress and potential of InPress, the news way to date. Thank you so much to those who made this night incredibly special.
