I got introduced to Adult Development Theory during Georgetown SCS Institute for Transformational Leadership's Leadership Coaching program. One thing lead to another and ?did a three part program to learn to assess the growth edge with Cultivating Leadership. Here is the second edition of Changing on the Job by Jennifer Garvey Berger - an essential read for anyone interested in Adult Learning Theory. This book will change the way you understand your own life, is an understatement!
