It takes a village to organize an arbitration conference—imagine an entire month of them! World trade expert and former member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Appellate Body Jennifer Hillman of Georgetown Law delivered the Transnational Justice Lecture at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London this week, in the venerable Gray's Inn. She offered timely insights to a packed house into how the world trade system we have known for 30 years has come to be "on the brink" of collapse.
